MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will then be asked to enter a few details that we require to be able to complete your order.
We accept debit and credit card payments. We accept Maestro, Mastercard, Visa and Visa Debit.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Dogalogue strives to process your order immediately after Checkout so you can receive your goods as soon as possible. Once you have hit the Purchase button at Checkout we begin to process your order. If you decide after Checkout that you would like to cancel your order please call 0845 371 1371. If you call or email within 24 hours your credit card will be credited for the entire purchase price and the cost of standard postage provided that you refuse delivery and "Return to Sender" when the order arrives. If you do not call within 24 hours to cancel, we will not refund your postage charges.
DELIVERY AND POSTAGE
Your order will be processed promptly and we aim to deliver within 7 working days of receiving it, when all stock is available. There may be occasions when products are temporarily out of stock. In order to ensure that you receive your order we will hold the whole order for no longer than 21 days. (Please note this applies only to orders placed before the 1st October). Orders placed by the 17th December will be delivered in time for Christmas with the exception of personalised or Direct Delivery items, please see below. We regret that we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Goods may arrive in more than one parcel. We offer a next day delivery (with the exception of personalised or Direct Delivery items) of £7.95, over and above our normal postage and packaging. Our delivery charge is £4.95 for UK deliveries – any profit from our postage charge goes straight back to charity. All handling, post and packaging is included in the cost. If we have made a mistake on your order we will advise a freepost address to return the unwanted item.
For orders over £40, postage & packaging is free.
We can offer overseas deliveries at an additional cost.

PERSONALISED AND DIRECT DELIVERY GOODS
Direct Delivery and personalised goods come directly from our supplier, they may take up to 28 days to reach you and they will arrive in a separate parcel. Please remember to complete the personalisation section unless otherwise stated, if no personalisation is required please leave the check box un-ticked. Unless you specify otherwise personalisation will be reproduced exactly as you write it i.e. all capitals, all lower case or a mixture of both. Personalised of Direct Delivery must be received by 30th November to be delivered in time for Christmas. Personalised goods cannot be cancelled after 48 hours of the order being received by us.
This hamper can be delivered to your chosen UK address immediately, or between the 3rd and 14th December. Please complete the personalisation section on the product page and choose your chosen delivery date. Please also complete the hamper delivery address section (if this differs from your own). If you wish to order more than one, each hamper will need to be individually completed and added to your basket.
